Mogadishu Steel Mills is a locally anchored industrial manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality steel nails for Somalia’s rapidly growing construction sector. The company was founded to address one of the most overlooked yet critical gaps in the national supply chain Somalia imports 100% of its nails, paying high logistics costs, experiencing long delivery delays, and facing inconsistent quality from offshore suppliers.

- Strengthen wholesale distribution channels

- Invest in additional machinery to double capacity
- Open regional depots in Baidoa, Kismayo, and Hargeisa
